Cancellation policy 

• 24 hours prior to appointment: All cancelations and rescheduled appointments will require a 50% of service fee charge.
• No shows/ on the day cancellation of appointment is 100% of service fee charge.
• If you are late to your appointment and the full service time cannot be carried out an 100% of service fee charge will apply.
